Shawn Guido, Hearing Specialist, B.S.-HIS/IHS

Shawn Guido hearing specialist philadelphiaIn 2011, Shawn Guido,  Listen 2 Life’s hearing instrument specialist, along with his wife Jennifer, co-founded the Listen 2 Life Hearing Center because of their belief that life is worth listening to. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, Shawn spent 12 years as a hearing healthcare professional in a variety of healthcare settings and Doctors’ offices. Shawn became a licensed hearing aid specialist in 2010. Shawn has been instrumental in forming the hearing center’s authentic collaborative approach to hearing instrument fitting. His passion truly lies in seeing the delight on the faces of his patients and their family members.

 

 

Jennifer Sweeney, Owner/Director of Operations

Jen SweeneyJennifer and Shawn founded Listen 2 Life Hearing Center in 2011. Jennifer oversees all office operations, patient care and marketing. In addition, she is also a hearing loss and hearing health advocate whose goal is to ensure that each and every patient gets the best possible service based on individual needs. Jennifer is thankful and proud to be a part our patient’s hearing aid success stories. Jennifer earned her Bachelors Degree from University of Pittsburgh.

 

 

 

Jillian O’Rourke, Audiology Technician

Jillian O'RourkeJillian is a graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology. She is the newest addition to the Listen 2 Life team. Jillian is experienced in the Audiology industry. She is a National Lifetime Member of Alpha Phi Omega (National Community Service co-ed Fraternity) which makes one of her main passions helping others and wanting for nothing other than to see the smile on a patients’ face after making strides to improve their hearing. Jillian is passionate about her career in Audiology at Listen 2 Life and our patients are always happy when they see her.

 

 

Cynthia Le, Audiology Technician

Cynthia Le Audiology Technician PhiladelphiaCynthia is the newest member of the Listen 2 Life team. She graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Cynthia has always loved to help others. She’s excited to be able to help patients improve their hearing and teach them about hearing loss. Her main goal is to give the best service to her patients and help them transition to their new “normal.” She has been working since a young age to get to where she is now and is proud to be part of our team.

 

 

 

Andrew Wizon, IT Specialist

Andrew WizonAndrew provides technology support for each of the Listen 2 Life hearing centers and has been on staff since the company’s early days. He got his first job in IT in 1985 during the early days of office computing and has been involved ever since. Trained in engineering and aviation, Andrew is a lifelong resident of southeastern Pennsylvania.

 

 

 

 

Debby Kramer, Front Office Assistant

Debby KramerDebby joined the Listen 2 Life team in August 2017. Debby is an integral part of the administrative roles at L2L wearing multiple hats. After a long career in various administrative positions, she works part time for L2L which enables her to enjoy her empty-nest life with her husband of 32 years. She enjoys the theater and dinners in the city with friends. She takes great pride in helping our patients and loves speaking with them and learning about their lives.

 

 

 

 

Alisha Sonder, Front Office Assistant

Alisha Sonder Front Office AssistantAlisha joined the Listen 2 Life Team in April 2018. With over 10 years of front end and office management experience, she has been a perfect fit. Alisha takes pride in helping our patients from the moment they first walk in the office through to their hearing aid journey. Alisha is always there to lend a helping hand and make sure our patients receive the best possible care.
