Our Hearing Specialists and Staff
L2L hearing specialists are licensed by the state of Pennsylvania and registered with the Department of Health and offer complete diagnostic services including hearing aids, accessories and supplies, hearing tests and speech tests, hearing aid fittings/calibration/testing, and otoscopic examinations.

Shawn Guido, Founder, H.I.S.
In 2011, Shawn Guido along with his wife Jennifer, co-founded the Listen 2 Life Hearing Center because of their belief that life is worth listening to. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, Shawn spent 12 years as a hearing healthcare professional in a variety of healthcare settings and doctors’ offices. Shawn became a licensed hearing aid specialist in 2010 and has been instrumental in forming L2L’s authentic collaborative approach to hearing instrument fitting. His passion truly lies in seeing the delight on the faces of his patients and their family members.

Jennifer Guido, Founder, C.O.O.
Jennifer founded Listen 2 Life Hearing Centers in 2011 alongside her husband, Shawn. Jennifer oversees all office operations, patient care, and marketing. In addition, she is also a hearing loss and hearing health advocate whose goal is to ensure that each and every patient gets the best possible service based on individual needs. Jennifer is thankful and proud to be a part of our patient’s hearing aid success stories. Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Pittsburgh.

Jen Gilligan, Director of Operations, H.I.S.
Jen is a graduate of LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Arts and a PA-licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Since joining the L2L team in 2019, she has used her personal experience with hearing loss to help patients overcome the many communication challenges and frustrations that often accompany this loss. She is passionate about making the path to better hearing as easy and uncomplicated as possible.

Nicola Glover, Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Nicola Glover graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 2017 where she had earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Audiology and Speech Pathology. After this, Nicola moved to the United States where she completed her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University. She graduated in 2022 as valedictorian, summa cum laude and was awarded the Alumni Association Award for outstanding scholarship. Dr. Glover is ASHA certified and holds both an Audiologist license and Hearing Aid Dispenser license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Nicola has been working in the field of Audiology since 2016 and joined the team at Listen 2 life in 2021.

Dr. Glover has spent most of her career dedicated to helping the adult population hear better through new technology that helps improve hearing and patient centered care that follows the client throughout life.

Kathleen Lewicki, Masters in Audiology
Kathy graduated with a B.A. in Communicative disorders and Sciences and a Masters degree in Audiology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Kathy is interested in diagnostic audiology and Aural rehabilitation for people affected by hearing loss.

Monica Cramer, Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Monica Cramer joined the L2L team at the tail end of 2022. She graduated with her B.A in Communication Sciences and Hearing Disorders from Temple University in 2013 and earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University in 2019. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA) who has been providing patient-centered care in the field for 9 years, having worked as an audiology assistant in between undergraduate and graduate programs.
Dr. Cramer sees each patient as a unique individual with their own needs and goals and knows that there’s no “one size fits all” to treating hearing loss.
