Sonic Hearing Aids
Similar to the view that Signia, Oticon, Phonak, and Starkey take, Sonic also is driven to change the way people experience life through their hearing aids. They recognize that each person wearing a hearing aid has individual needs and hearing requirements and, thus, have designed a different mix of technologies, features, and aesthetics into their hearing aids.
Sonic hearing aids have five (5) technology levels, from 100 down to 20. More features and settings are available with higher technology levels.
Sonic’s Extend Platform, formerly SoundDNA, offers a clearer, more natural sound experience incorporating improvements in noise management and speech processing.
Sonic Radiant BTE
Radiant is the latest hearing aid released by Sonic (2021) and is designed for people with mild to profound hearing loss. It’s the first Sonic hearing aid designed with Extend technology that enhances your listening experience in noisy environments by finding, filtering, and then fine-tuning sounds. Technology keeps improving because hearing aid wearers want hearing aids that are comfortable, provide a sound that’s natural, and the ability to fully understand multi-directional conversation in noisy environments.
The Sonic Radiant BTE hearing aid has three (3) performance levels (100, 80, 60), is rechargeable and Bluetooth-enabled, and also has remote fitting technology that allows Listen 2 Life hearing specialists to deliver high-quality virtual care from the comfort of your home.
The Sonic Radiant hearing aid is compatible with iPhone and Android devices. Their apps help give you the control you need to customize your hearing and listening experience. With the SoundLink 2 app, you can monitor battery charge, adjust your volume, and stream any Bluetooth-enabled device directly to your hearing aid.
The Sonic Radiant miniRITE T R hearing aid is wireless and rechargeable with a built-in lithium-ion battery which will last a full day, even with a lot of streaming.
Sonic Captivate BTE
The Sonic Captivate BTE hearing aid is rechargeable and is designed with technology that reduces feedback, improves natural sound, and allows you to understand more speech with less noise interruptions.
The Sonic Captivate hearing aid is designed with SoundDNA, the precursor to the Extend Platform mentioned above. It’s job is to allow you to engage in clear conversations by separating your speech and outside speech from noisy environments.
The Captivate miniRITE T R is wireless and is compatible with iPhone devices but can connect to most Bluetooth wireless devices allowing you to stream TV, music, and more directly to your hearing aids. It has a built-in telecoil and a Lithium-ion rechargeable battery that will last an entire day, even after hours of streaming TV or music.
Other Sonic Captivate hearing aids include the Captivate miniRITE, the Captivate miniRITE T (with telecoil for improved listening in stadiums, movie theaters, and even board rooms), and the Captivate BTE 105 (designed for severe hearing loss).
The Sonic Captivate hearing aid has five (5) performance levels (100, 80, 60, 40, 20).
The Sonic Enchant hearing aid is available in popular styles including receiver-in-the-ear (RITE), behind-the-ear (BTE) as well as custom hearing aids. It’s built with SoundDNA technology, which like the Sonic Captivate, allows you to engage in clear conversations by separating your speech and outside speech from noisy environments. It basically will alter sound amplification and noise reduction in virtually any environment, depending on the challenge the environment presents.
The Sonic Enchant hearing aid is wireless and, with the Sonic app, you can adjust volume or change the programs you’re watching or listening to. You can also stream TV, music, and more from any iOS device.
The Sonic Enchant hearing aid also provides Tinnitus support with a number of sound relief options built in.

Sonic Trek BTE
The Sonic Trek BTE hearing aid maximizes volume and sound clarity, and it separates speech from most noisy environments by automatically reducing the noise you’re not interested in. The results are that you can discern more words and in better quality, even in noisy environments. You can also personalize your listening experience by making 1 dB incremental adjustments to your hearing aid volume.
The Sonic Trek BTE hearing aid is wireless and is compatible with iOS devices including the iPhone so you can stream your favorites TV shows, music, and more. It has a telecoil and is DAI/FM compatible.
The Sonic Trek BTE hearing aid has two (2) performance levels (80, 40) and is available in two (2) models: the Trek Super Power and the Trek Ultra Power (which is good for those with severe to profound hearing loss).
