We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at (267) 477-1446 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
All hearing aid purchases include a one-year Manufacturer’s Warranty and one-year Service and Maintenance Agreement (with no co-pays). All service or maintenance appointments for a hearing aid not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will be subject to a co-pay. Extended warranties include a Service and Maintenance Agreement in force for the annual term selected (with no co-pays) in addition to one-time Loss and Damage Insurance coverage that covers 50% of the original purchase price cost to replace the lost or damaged hearing aid. Insurance expires upon warranty expiration.
